Good fit
This position may be a good fit if you can relate to the following:
We are elevated and humbled by patients asking us to be a part of the most intimate and miraculous parts of life. This may be a good fit if you have a hunger to making raving fans out of every patient whose life you have the opportunity to touch.
We have come together to serve patients. You need to enjoy helping people from all walks of life and in all sorts of emotional states. Compassion and empathy is a must. This may be a good fit If you find caring for patients more energizing and fulfilling than stressful and you genuinely enjoy supporting others through very personal journeys.
We deal with the preservation and creation of life and families and this includes the pain and suffering that can arise along the journey, so the stakes are high. You need to be committed to seeing the details through for every patient, every time.
We are in our 13th year of business and have a well polished operation however this field is constantly changing and we adjust accordingly. So, if you require a tested and proven playbook to perform every aspect of your job, then this probably isn’t the place for you.
We’re a small business (15 people). We work really, really hard. Everyone on the team is extremely mission-driven, and works incredibly hard to achieve our goals. This may be a good fit if you enjoy driving new prospects and making direct contributions to the company’s success and mission.
We don’t micro-manage. This is not the kind of job where you show up and we tell you exactly what to do every day.
