JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Mergers & Acquisitions team is responsible for leading the end-to-end HR life cycle for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. This includes project managing HR due diligence, planning for integration and separations and execution for all HR M&A transactions. The team works and collaborates with multiple HR COEs and cross-functional teams as well as partners closely with the M&A Team. This position reports to the EVP, Human Resources.
This role requires solid understanding of the strategic HR needs related to Mergers and Acquisitions while driving the tactical HR project deliverables to timely implementation; additionally, you will be deeply involved with due diligence and post-close integration efforts. The incumbent demonstrates a blend of both HRBP Business Partner and Project Management acumen and subject matter expertise to collaborate and lead strategic partnerships across the HR function, Centers or Excellence, Business lines and within assigned M&A function to ensure delivery of value-added programs and services across all levels of the organization.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete HR due diligence
- Manage end-to-end deal and integration strategy and execution for transactions of all types and sizes – in partnership with our Corporate Development and Leadership teams.
- Create and enhance scalable deal and integration playbooks and best practices, leveraging automation and repeatable innovation when possible.
- Partner with CoEs/Share Services to create and manage post-close integration plan.
- Deliver strategic deal and integration recommendations that shape HR M&A strategy and execution and enable the business to execute on key objectives.
- Cultivate relationships with senior executives across Marketing.com and across the M&A ecosystem.
- Proactively Consults with leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change over large functions at Marketing.com.
- Provide expertise in the following areas: data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.
- Use and request data strategically. Identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organizational health, understand when data will assist in making smart, informed decisions, and interpret complex analyses and tie analyses back to business priorities.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Required Minimum Qualifications:
- BS degree in Human resources or similar relevant field, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- 5 years as a HR leadership with experience in multiple HR disciplines, such as Compensation, Talent Development, Talent Management, Employee Relations requiring project management responsibilities.
- 3 years of Mergers and Acquisitions experience including due diligence, disclosure schedules, and post-close integration planning.
