MASA Global Hiring for Recruiter at Remote Full Time

The Recruiter will serve as the prime resource for completing full life-cycle recruitment processes across multiple departments with an emphasis on Sales related roles. The Recruiter will foster and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external clients.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, conducting intake meetings to verify accurate job description, title and compensation range
• Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates and build strong pipelines
• Screens resumes and performs passive outreach to prospective candidates for a variety of roles at all levels
• Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job boards, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates
• Manages internal transfer and promotional process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, internal offer letters, etc.
• Follows up with candidates based on feedback received from hiring managers regarding their candidacy status
• Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals
• Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements)
• Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS), including appropriate disposition status
• Assists with extending candidate offers and background checks including obtaining approval as necessary

Qualifications:

• Some college or higher education preferred or an equivalent amount of recruiting experience
• Three years of previous recruiting experience, Sales Recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft office suite, ATS functionality and various job boards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
