Marketing Associate Job Description

Massachusetts Design is a manufacturer of fine kitchen and bath cabinetry for the U.S. building and remodeling markets. From its headquarters in Edison, NJ, Hanssem Corporation supplies cabinetry to a network of more than 200 independent dealers and company showrooms from Boston to Washington, D.C. We manufacture all cabinetry in our Edison, NJ plant, using state-of-the-art machinery and finishing systems. We use the finest materials from the industry’s leading European and North American suppliers (see below) and combine them with over 30 years of manufacturing expertise to bring our customers the finest quality cabinets available today.

Our goal is to provide a complete design experience for our customers, supplying the most elegant, artistic, useful, and accessible kitchen and home products for the enhancement of human activity. Our showrooms strive to provide a “one-stop experience”, where the customer can find design services, cabinetry, countertops, appliances, accessories, and installation.

Job Description:

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
• Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
• Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates
• Communicate with our dealers and sales representatives to find out the new sales opportunities.
• Assist with organizing promotional events.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising material (e.g. brochures and newsletters)
• Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
• Prepare regular sales forecasting reports
• Monitor competitors’ marketing activities

Requirement:

• Must be fluent in English
• Must have leadership and problem-solving skills
• Analytical skills and flexibility in dealing with a changing environment is required.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
