The primary responsibility of the Account Manager is to work closely with the AD, AS and/or AE to ensure all initiatives, campaigns and projects are managed on-brand and on-strategy. The Account Manager maintains active communication with their client contacts through ongoing status and client delivery meetings, consistently managing clients’ expectations and revisions, as well as identifying out-of-scope requests. The Account Manager consistently documents client communications and status meeting debriefs, delivering to the internal team to keep them updated and informed. Additionally, the Account Manager is responsible for monitoring project financial metrics.
