Overview:

As the Technical Recruiter, IT, you will develop and execute the hiring strategy behind attracting, assessing and hiring top experienced technical talent for our growing Information Technology team. You will lead the full life cycle of talent acquisition for our technical roles.

You will partner with our hiring managers to understand hiring needs, craft strategic interview processes and find/close high quality technical talent. You will utilize your traditional and unique sourcing techniques, including online social and professional networks. You will be responsible for crafting position descriptions and managing a high-quality pipeline of diverse, qualified candidates.

This position requires strong technical knowledge, creativity, drive and follow-through.

Responsibilities:

• Own full cycle recruiting activities for multiple roles, across all functional areas, using creative sourcing strategies to find the best talent for each role
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the process to ensure you meet their hiring needs and goals
• Provide a high quality and efficient experience for every candidate from application to offer while evaluating skill level, driving the interview process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing candidates
• Completing paperwork for new hires.
• Completing background Checks and registering new hires for drug screen
• Track and consistently report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, and pipeline of candidates

Qualifications:

• Three years of experience in full-cycle, technical recruiting with experience assessing technical talent in the fields of Network Engineering, Software Development, Computer Engineering, IT Project Management, Network and System Administration. Experience recruiting in a highly competitive environment is strongly preferred.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, simultaneously
• A curiosity around new technology and the businesses you support.
• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
• Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadline-oriented projects is essential
• Strong written and verbal communication, highly organized with a focus on delivering business results.
• Knowledge of Enterprise IT Structure/Positions preferred

Salary Range – $60K – $70K + Benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
