- Direct and manage all sales and marketing activities to maximize revenue, profitability and quality standards by developing and executing strategies, forecasts and plans to facilitate achievement of set targets across the team;
- Proactively maintain awareness of competitive activity, marketing & pricing strategies
- Ensure customer retention and customer satisfaction
- Pro-actively manage the sales, B2B, customer service and showroom teams.
- Ensure all key performance goals are achieved and regular reports are submitted to the executive team

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
