Matthews Group of Companies has an opening in our Accounting department for a full-time Accounts Receivable Accountant. We are an employee owned wholesale distributor located in Maryland Heights with a rich employment history dating back to 1889.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable
- Payment reconciliation (checks, ACH, EFT)
- Maintain receivables schedule
- Invoicing
- Internal and external customer service
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- 3-Years in an Accountant role required
- Excellent communication skills and keen attention to details
- Will work both independently and collaboratively
- Deadline driven
Hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
