Maximus is currently seeking an HR Compliance Analyst. This position will gather, analyze, and interpret data necessary for external (government) and internal EEO compliance, reporting, and monitoring. This role will assist in the research and monitoring of EEOC/AAP, OFCCP, VETs, disabled and other anti-discrimination compliance practices, including meeting DOL audit timelines. This role partners with human resources and business leaders to evaluate the current use and performance of Compliance programs and assist in developing recommendations on improvement.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Responsible for validating data for EEOC and OFCCP annual regulatory filings
· Conduct related audit activity and research
· Create audits for new processes to ensure data integrity and compliance
· Analyze and distribute reports to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local government regulations and Company policies and procedures
· Monitor outreach programs, analyze ROI, identify opportunity gaps, and recommend resolutions to under achievement of goals
· Perform regular scheduled audits of HR data and identify realignment as required
· Propose new or edit existing Maximus policies to support organizational initiatives or legislative changes
· Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences
· Develop and deliver training regarding compliance activities across the organization
· Create adhoc reports
· Complete EEO data for proposals
· Send annual vendor notifications
Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Human Resources or Business-related field
· Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of related experience
· Working knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and policies
· One (1) to two (2) years of experience with OFCCP/EEO/AAP related functions, as well as knowledge of laws governing these functions is preferred
· Strong analytical skill set and experience with research and project initiatives
· Strong attention to detail
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment, successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously, and work independently as well as in a team environment
· Proficiency in MS Office software required (Excel, Word, and Power Point
