The Associate Software Engineer position is part of MCA Connect’s Development Center of Excellence (DCoE) training program. We’ll equip you with the knowledge and tools you need to begin your career as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical consultant, working on the next generation of intelligent business applications in the cloud. This is a full-time, salaried position with advanced training needed to succeed in the world of commercial software development from Day 1!

Following training, the Associate Software Engineer will be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle from design to deployment; design, develop, test, analyze, and maintain software applications including integration with existing client systems. You’ll work in a fluid team environment with other developers, analysts, project managers and client staff.

The Opportunity

• Full-time, salaried position upon graduation (for May 2023 graduates only)
• 8 to 10-week paid training (starting June 2023) that covers development in both cloud-based and on-premise environments with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O), additional Microsoft technologies, methodology, and Consulting 101
• On-site classroom instruction at our beautiful Headquarters in Denver
• Instructor-led training delivered by multiple MCA Connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 experts
• Mentored, hands-on training with live customer projects
• Following training, you’ll roll only a live MCA Connect project.

Other Considerations

• You must be a Senior student, enrolled in a Bachelor’s of Computer Science or related degree program, with an anticipated graduation date by May 2023.
• Candidates must be willing to work on-site at our Denver HQ for the duration of the on-site training (8 weeks).
• After training is complete, you will work remotely from your home office with occasional travel up to 20%.
