The Role:
The Data and Reporting Junior Analyst will be primarily responsible for building out comprehensive firm-wide employee reporting and metrics to inform decision-making processes. The Data and Reporting Junior Analyst will develop the reports and analytics needed to support the strategic and operational objectives of the department and will provide day to day support for Human Resources, including, but not limited to, RFPs, organizational structure (i.e., creating job codes, salary structures, etc.), benchmarking, data cleansing, and any special projects that may require the Analyst’s participation.
The Team:
This role sits within the global HR Operations structure comprised of teams that support Total Rewards, Visa and Mobility, Business Partner support, Project Management, and HR Analytics.
