Job Description

McCollister’s Global Services, a leader in the transportation industry, is looking for an Operations Clerk to work at it’s West Chicago, IL service center.

Responsibilities include:

• Track and trace shipments from entry through billing
• Update shipment status daily
• Research delivery, status, and billing problems
• Distribute order tickets throughout operations
• Maintain operational challenge log
• Work with operations, customer service, drivers and customers

Requirements

• Basic computer skills
• Beginner level excel
• Email
• Lite phone duties, professional phone etiquette
• Customer service oriented

Shift is Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
