McDonald Automotive Group is looking to add to its administrative team –
Seeking dependable, efficient, self-motivated individuals.
Responsibilities include:
- Data Entry – Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- Auditing accounting processes for inconsistencies
- Deal Processing and State paperwork
- Process receipts/checks/PO’s
- Communication via Phone, E-Mail and In-Person
- Other clerical or duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Automotive accounting experience/or general accounting knowledge preferred
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management, interpersonal, customer and organizational skills
- Ability to remain positive & professional in stressful situations
- Proficient with Microsoft applications
- Ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment
- Ability to work independently
