The Service Advisor Assistant position is a great opportunity for someone looking for a position where they can grow their job into a long-term career.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests who arrive on the Service Drive.
- Oversee the flow of Drive Lane.
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
- Drive customer cars off the service land to Technicians to keep efficiency on the Service Drive.
- Help answer questions and assist Service Advisors with customer needs.
Qualifications:
