Position Overview:
This position requires an experienced, energetic, and detail-focused individual who wants to be a part of the growing team and company. You will be tasked with assisting both the HR team and the Operations team at McHone Industries. In this position, we are looking for an open-minded person who is not afraid to do any clerical duty that is assigned.
Responsibilities:
Support HR with maintaining employee records and entering/updating information into the HRIS (Paychex)
Assist HR Manager with open enrollment, orientation and employee relations when needed
Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and organization of office.
Create and post job descriptions and review resumes.
Pre-screen and interview candidates for open positions.
Create offer letters and set up drug screens and other on-boarding activities as needed.
Help with coordination of employee events and monthly meetings
In charge of implementing and updating company communication board
Assist with power points, excel reports, and presentations needed for both production and HR
Audit, document, and distribute daily and weekly production numbers
Create spreadsheets to track and report trends regarding training, safety, attendance etc.
Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
The right candidate will possess the subsequent:
Minimum 1-3 years of related work experience in HR or recruitment
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 – $17.00 per hour
