McLeod Addictive Disease Center Hiring For MAT Program Manager at Monroe, NC  Full Time

McLeod Center is currently seeking a MAT Program Manager to ensure quality delivery of medication assisted treatment services at its clinic in Monroe, NC.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead MAT team by hiring, training and retaining skilled staff.
• Plan, direct and coordinate services and systems necessary for the multidisciplinary approach throughout the continuum of care; assume responsibility for the clinical performance of the clinic. 
• Responsible for the ongoing quality/performance improvement processes related to patient care.
• Complete all employment documentation related to leading a department, i.e. performance evaluation and disciplinary tools. 
• Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvement plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance department to prepare and participate in internal and external audits. 
• Manage departmental budget.
• Required to work as a clinician, as needed, to ensure staffing coverage of department. 
• Ensure all staff maintains competencies required to perform their job.   

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job oversees the clinicians and front office personnel.

Education/Experience needed: 
Master’s degree in human service field.

Essential Training, Knowledge, Abilities, and Skill Required:
Must hold one of the following licenses: LCAS/A, LCMHC/A, LMFT/A, or LCSW/A and have a valid driver’s license with subsequent approval by vehicle insurance carrier to drive for McLeod Center business.
