Responsibilities:

· Type and proof all dictation

· Enter past medical history on new patients

· Scan radiology reports and patient records and forward to providers as necessary

· Add and edit provider database in Intergy and FaxPress

Requirements:

· High school graduate or equivalent required

· Ability to type 70 WMP with a high level of accuracy required

· Knowledge of medical terminology required
