Since 2000, Med One Medical Group has been a Multidisciplinary Primary Care office located in North Raleigh. We are seeking a Full time Front Office Coordinator to work in a warm and welcoming environment.

Job Description
This position is primary a front office position but may involve some back office responsibilities depending upon the needs of the practice. The right candidate should be good on the phone, be able to multi-task, and most importantly, be a team player.

Front Office Job Responsibilities:
-Greeting patients as they come in the door.
-Answering telephones in a cheerful fashion.
-Scheduling patients.
-Ensuring patients complete proper documentation for appointments.
-Checking insurance benefits.
-Requesting pre-authorizations for treatments/procedures.
-Connecting with patients who have missed appointments.
-Receiving and routing all messages to the appropriate staff member in a timely fashion.
-Returning phone calls as necessary.
-Calling and confirming upcoming appointments.
-Transmitting correspondence via FAX, Email and mail.
-Collecting payments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
