We’ve got a good thing going, and as our People & Culture Specialist you will continue to grow and expand our amazing MedBridge culture! This position will champion MedBridge culture and values as we support high-performing, fast moving, results-driven teams. As a member of our HR team you will partner with leadership and employees across the organization to lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, learning and development.
In this role you will:
Support teams with creative and tactical ways to engage while we are 100% remote.
Support and execute on our company culture and employer branding initiatives.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve our team members’ experience from end to end.
Assist with planning and executing employee engagement related initiatives including but not limited to events, onboarding, surveys, general communication, training, career development, employee recognition, diversity and inclusion to support our high-performance culture, mission and business objectives.

What you need to succeed:
You are a solution-oriented, people person.
2+ years of relevant experience preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
Strong experience in event planning and / or administration.
You are structured, organized and focused and can easily prioritize competing tasks.
Experience working in or supporting remote and hybrid teams.
Clear and effective communication (written and verbal), with strong interpersonal skills.
You are enthusiastic, positive, friendly and passionate about our people and our mission.
