Purpose:

MedPharmics is seeking a Data Entry Associate. We are looking for an organized, detail oriented individual skilled in data acquisition, entry, analysis and reporting. The individual will be responsible for maintaining timely data collection and entry into a CRM database and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate VP of Business Operations to log and track studies and their status
• Updating and maintaining CRM tool (Salesforce.com). Oversee all data entry, data verifications, and resolution of data edits
• Communicate with Sponsors, CROs, and other study staff for study updates and status
• Assist with tracking of various study documents; Contracts, CDAs, NDAs, BAs, Work Orders, etc. and route paperwork to appropriate departments and their leads.
• Assist with Marketing initiatives (trade shows, website, social media, publications, etc.)
• Perform research on public health information, pharmaceuticals and competitor companies, knowledge of public and private information sources highly preferred
• Provide Company or study information to internal and external stakeholders, provide bi-monthly reports for all locations
• Manage relationships for new and existing business pipeline opportunities

Education:

• BA /BS required, background in Medicine, Biology, Pharmaceuticals, or related fields preferred

Qualifications:

• 2+ years data entry or related experience required
• Proficiency in MS Office applications required, knowledge of Salesforce preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required
• Excellent organizational skills required
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
• Excellent attention to detail required
