Meeting Street, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing services to children and families in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, is seeking a motivated team player to serve as the Director of Human Resources. The position reports to the Chief Business Officer & General Counsel and collaborates with the leadership and management teams. SUMMARY OF MAIN DUTIES:
Provides overall Human Resources leadership to ensure organizational goals are achieved by developing and implementing human resources policies, procedures, objectives, and initiatives, including compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance, change management, training/development and staffing/recruitment. Leads the development of a culture consistent with the mission, vision and values of the agency.

Meeting Street is currently offering a four-step $2,500 bonus to new employees for full-time, benefit eligible positions.
