Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with all phases of the recruitment/interviewing process.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Schedules and conducts interviews;
- Conduct orientations to include necessary onboarding requirements, as well as facility safety training (video & PowerPoint).
- Skills & Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $26.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Fairfield, OH 45014: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
