Come join our Digital Services Department as a full-time Software Developer I
Reporting to the VP of Digital Services, the Software Developer I is responsible for developing, testing, and supporting software applications utilizing software development skills under the mentorship and guidance of senior team members.
In addition, the ideal will be able to:
Work on a team or independently to research and define user requirements and understand their needs, address those needs, handle problems as they arise, and escalate as required.
Develop applications/enhancements within defined architecture and following the predefined process, best practices, and methodologies.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Four-year college degree in computer and related fields is preferred. Demonstrated attention to detail with a quality focus.
Basic knowledge of various methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall. Basic understanding of object-oriented programming.
One plus years’ experience working with SQL database systems, Oracle PL/SQL is a plus. One plus years’ experience with .NET 3.5 or above, C# and technologies such as WCF, WPF and ASP.NET.
Experience with Fiserv DNA creator is a plus. Experience with JavaScript frameworks, such as Angular or Reactjs is a plus.
Experience in web development is a plus (HTML/CSS). Proficient in Unix shell script program is a plus. Proficient in quality assurance frameworks, such as NUnit. Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery tools is a plus, including source control, deployment and test automation.
