Job Summary
Responsible for providing support and counsel to managers and employees on escalated and complex employee relations issues, including assisting with policy interpretation, the performance improvement process and related plans, investigations, terminations, as well as with employee and manager counseling related to employee relations issues; working regularly with senior staff to develop a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement, and fairness; collaborating with other members of the Human Resources leadership team across functional areas to design and implement programs of value to the organization; supporting the Director of Employee Relations in general administration regarding employee relations matters, developing and implementing policies, and providing ongoing support regarding trends and subsequent interventions and improvements.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
Licenses/Certification: SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
