JOB DESCRIPTION
The Benefits Account Manager performs the essential duties of the position, which includes managing/facilitating sales of employee benefit packages and multiple clients. Working to explain benefits, answering questions and employee inquiries during enrollment, and managing accounts to ensure that clients remain happy and satisfied with our services. The Benefit Accounts Manager will be working with insurance carriers and/or benefits providers to meet client service and budget needs. Will need to have basic knowledge and understanding the platform Ease.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Possesses a supportive and responsive manner with internal and external customers.
• Possesses a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Has a minimum of 6 years experience in the insurance industry or related business.
• Holds a current property/casualty agents license.
• Has ability to perform multiple tasks in complex working environment accurately and efficiently.
• Possesses above average computer knowledge and skills.
• Has knowledge and experience necessary for independent decision-making ability.
• Holds at least one professional designation.
• Possesses excellent organizational and technical skills; is a self-starter and problem solver.
• Is capable of a servicing volume above industry standards.
