Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs is seeking a LOANER CAR COORDINATOR. The ideal candidate for all positions must be energetic, self-motivated and a team player. They must have excellent communication skills with a stable work history. All candidates must have a valid drivers license.

Mercedes-Benz experience is recommended

Loan Car Coordinator (Full-Time)

• Provides exceptional customer service in order to manage the dealership’s Fleet of loaner vehicles. Work efficiently to reduce customer wait times.
• Maintain and electronic database of the vehicles in the loaner fleet. Stage cars for delivery to customers.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and make sure all vehicles have current registration.
• Predict the number of vehicles that will be needed daily.
• Make arrangements as needed with outside vendors.
• Follows direction from Service Management and assist when necessary.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and clients when loaner vehicles are damaged.
• Ensure Loaner Fleet is prepared and ready for use on a daily basis.
