Mercedes-Benz of Indianapolis is looking to hire a motivated automotive Service Dispatcher to join our team. Ideally, a candidate will have prior automotive dispatch experience who demonstrates strong teamworking and communication skills. If you have CDK / ADP experience that is an added plus.

Responsibilities

· Work directly with Service & Parts Manager to get cars through the shop

· Dispatch work to appropriate technicians

· Manage shop workflow

· Monitor shop productivity

· Manage comebacks

· Actively communicate with Service Advisors

· Schedule appointments

· Support technicians’ needs

· Coordinate an efficient and timely flow of paperwork

· Attend paid factory and Company training

· Present well with our Customers

· Have a super friendly, happy, smiley and “I can help” type of attitude

· Be totally dedicated to the job and not afraid of working hard and long hours

· Be very detail oriented, precise, organized and super clean

Qualifications:

· At least 1-2 years’ automotive Dispatch experience

· Preferred to have CDK / ADP experience

· Excellent customer relationship & service skills

· Valid US Driver’s License with a good driving record

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Pass drug screen
