This position requires cooperative work that demonstrates flexibility, motivation, and commitment to quality patient care. This position is tasked to handle visitor, patient, and team member interactions, tracking and documentation.
Essential Job Functions
Greets all individuals on site at a location (associates/employees, patients, and visitors, etc.)
Asks prompted health related questions and follows structured screening protocol.
Uses designated device to obtain a temperature reading.
Interprets temperature results to determine next steps in protocol.
Ensures all individuals adhere to personal protective equipment protocols before proceeding.
Answers and/or directs individual’s questions as needed.
Follows all requirements related to personal protective equipment and infection prevention and control procedures.
Exercises critical thinking when situations require escalation to leadership.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or GED
