Mercy Primary Care is seeking a full-time (40 hours a week) Medical Receptionist/Patient Access Rep to join our team.
Overview:
The Patient Access Representative is often the first point of contact for our patients and therefore must represent Mercy with the highest standard of customer service, compassion and perform all duties in a manner consistent with our mission, values and Mercy service standards. This position will primarily work on main phone line answering inbound calls; however, will cross train in front desk responsibilities.
