SUPERVISED BY: Clinical Laboratory Team Leader
Provides patient care by collecting and processing samples and performing clinical laboratory procedures. Required to work alternate shifts, weekends, and holidays. Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Associate degree and/or equivalent education, internship and experience in a medical laboratory science program
Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) certification through an accrediting agency, i.e. ASCP, AMT, HEW, Military, required within 90 days. Approved CPR or BLS certification required within 90 days.
Passing the Driver’s License Check and/or Credit Check (for those positions requiring).
Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and/or IL Health Care Workers Background Check.
Must be able to follow written/oral instructions.
