NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER/SERVICE ENGINEER
MeritechA fast growing Colorado based company is seeking a skilled and highly motivated National Account Manager to provide customer care and technical service throughout the US and Canada. Meritech is a leading global provider of automated hand and boot washing systems in food processing, food service, health care and many other industries where employee hygiene and infection prevention are critical.We are looking for a highly motivated, self-directed individual to provide exceptional customer service to our customers. This will entail building strong relationships with key contacts at each customer, providing technical support to ensure our equipment is operating perfectly, both in person, over the phone and offer virtual support. This position will require extensive travel sometimes with little notice.JOB CHARACTERISTICS/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ability to professionally represent Meritech and provide world class customer care Travel to customer accounts to service and maintain equipment. Mechanically inclined in basic plumbing and electric with common sense problem solving skills Handle inquiries from customers at the corporate office in a timely manner Maintains relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending product and service improvements
Identifying business opportunities and arranging meetings with current and potential customers Ability to communicate technical information to the customer Ability to keep detailed records and file weekly reports in timely mannerMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 Years’ experience in customer service or account management. Minimum 2 Years’ experience in a service related position involving installation and/or maintenance of equipment (basic understanding of plumbing, electric and mechanical operations) Physical exertion required, including, but not limited to, walking, standing, stooping, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds Willing and able to drive at extended times with overnight stays. Automobile drivers license and frequent travel required. Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be available to work weekends as needed Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in easily understood, concise language [English] Must be able to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner with customers.BENEFITS INCLUDE: A competitive base salary consistent with your experience, with bonus program.
