The HR Generalist will primarily be responsible for the day-to-day management of personnel, communications, and policy administration and will perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; performance management; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; occupational health and safety and training and development.
The diversity and responsibilities of an HR Generalist are vast. It involves anything from employee onboarding to recruitment to benefit administration to compliance. A desired candidate is self-motivated, informative, organized, detail-oriented, and is able to work well under pressure yet meet the demands each day presents with a calm and pleasant demeanor.
