This is for work out of our Northeast (Totowa, New Jersey) Office

Job Description:

Metro RF Services, Inc. is currently searching for Project Managers for work out of our North East Market (New Jersey, New York). As a Project Manager, you will be assigned customer projects to ensure that project goals are net on time and within budget, customer’s expectations are fulfilled, and that the customer relationship is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

• Represent Metro RF Services with the highest degree of professionalism in all situations at all times.
• Experience working with AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Ericsson, Jacobs, etc. a plus, but not required.
• Grow and maintain customer stakeholder relationships by building trust and confidence.
• Participate in contract preparation and support pre-sales activities.
• Participate in customer conference calls and on-site meetings.
• Manage project finance, job costing, change orders, client invoicing, and correct billing errors identified by finance.
• Establish project plan baseline by defining project scope, budgets, securing necessary resources and monitor all activities.
• Maintain documentation related to all planning procedures, communications and actions for projects and assigned customer sites.
• Manage and direct project support team daily coordination activities for all projects and customer sites.
• Conduct internal project kickoff meetings.
• Participate in planning and scheduling of construction activities.
• Ensure information on project updates are distributed to internal team members and the client.
• Track and update project milestones in database of record.
• Attend bid walks and prepare site and material costs when required
• Ensure quotes and site scoping forms are prepared from bid walks
• Provide supervisory support to construction crews, assign workloads and schedules for crews.
• Set internal construction schedules to adhere to client expectations.
• Work with warehouse personnel to inventory and track material and customer assets
• Submit construction drawings and specifications of subcontractors for quotations.
• Monitor sub-contractors progress and coordinate work to be performed.
• Provide phone and on-site support when required to operational personnel.
• Perform quality assurance audits on jobs and ensure proper close-out of punch items.
• Ensure COP deliverables are submitted from operations and reviewed internally by project support team and submission to client is within agreed timelines.
• Manage conflicts and escalations between Metro RF personnel, subcontractors, and clients.
• All other activities related to the successful administration and completion of the project and services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
