Job Summary:

A successful Sales Executive would be handling incoming & outgoing inquires, establishing contacts via cold-calling, tracking and processing of incoming orders, preparing quotes, coordinating shipping with our warehouse and making in-person visits around the United States. You would be expected to be an expert on pricing and current technologies including outside plant products and standard practices.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
• Build rapport and generate revenue by developing business solutions
• Close deals
• Responsible for customer follow-up in Salesforce
• Develop leads and referrals
• Achieve monthly sales quotas
• Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
• Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
• Other duties as need

What You Need For This Position:

• Have a GED or H.S. diploma with at least 4 years of successful experience in telecommunication-related sales
• Excellent customer service skills and have marketing and sales acumen to develop leads and explain the products addressing questions and concerns in order to make sales.
• Must be knowledgeable on company products and telecommunications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to establish rapport and close sales
• Follow-up with sales leads consistently
• Ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
• Must have a positive attitude and be able to adapt to change
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license
