Summary/Objective
Build and maintain active long-term relationships with key decision makers at customer site level and continuously promote Metso Outotec’s value added offering. Create a healthy business with high customer satisfaction with the site account.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible to deliver profitable business growth from allocated sites
Responsibility to create the relationship with the key people at the site and share those with the organization connecting key interfaces
Focuses on after-market business, yet is able to identify the investment/capex opportunities and is responsible to convey the customer requirement to capex sales
Plans and has full visibility to the activities of any Metso Outotec function at the site
Seeks and coordinates for best resources and channel to be used for customer facing activities
Understands customer business and is capable of arguing Metso Outotec’s added value
Drives site sales activities together with cross organizational site account team and understands customer’s capex and opex related decisons and buying timetable
Drives account planning and implementation (strategy, relationship, site level budgeting activity plan, sales roadmap and plan)
Maintains and shares information of installed base, performance and shutdown schedules and plan
Orchestrates customer satisfaction surveys and closed loop activities and ensures continuous improvement activities
Supports accounts receivable and payment collections
Active member of MA Key Account/Global Key Acount Team I/A

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor of Science degree in any Engineering discipline and/or equivalent, spares & wears sales/service related experience in progressively responsible positions preferred.
Familiarity with minerals processing equipment and systems applications in mines and quarries combined with a minimum of three to five years mining or construction sales experience is required. Specific sales, operations and/or maintenance experience associated with field service and equipment repair, crushing & screening, bulk material handling, pyro processing and grinding equipment is a major plus.
Skills and Abilities
Ability to travel frequently. Extensive overnight travel to locations locally and in remote areas is required. Minimum of 50% overnight travel is required.
Strong leadership and relationship building skills, a bias for action and detail-oriented behaviors are required. As well as strong communication, co-operation, interpersonal and presentation skills to manage internal and external interfaces.
A high level of computer skills is essential – MS Excel, Word & Outlook.
A highly motivated, self-starting individual with the ability to plan, organize, work under stress, meet deadlines and work independently is required.
Ability to work in a team atmosphere.
Must be capable of effectively and accurately work on several projects at one time, and organizing, prioritizing tasks and working in a fast paced environment.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands and fingers; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and climb or balance.
Must be physically able to climb onto structures stairs, ladders, scaffolds at jobsites, customer facilities, industrial plants and mines, inspect equipment for failure and process analysis and enter equipment access points.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Use of keyboards, telephones, copiers, telefax, visits and movement through shops, and travel experiences.
Must be able to effectively communicate verbally.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
