Meyer Foods, dba, Culver’s is looking for New Restaurant Openers to join our Learning and Development Team. We currently have 18 locations in the Indiana, Ohio, and Georgia markets. This position requires individuals to have open availability.
JOB SUMMARY
The responsibilities of New Restaurant Opener (NRO) are to train Team Members for new restaurant openings and is a member of The Learning and Development department. The NRO ensures that hands-on training is executed within any new restaurant openings. The NRO’s primary responsibility is training and guiding performance of team members at new restaurant openings, but will support training in existing restaurants when not deployed at a new restaurant opening. The NRO must work fast and with a sense of urgency, while being friendly to guests and team members, and supporting the opening management team. In all assignments, the NRO must uphold Meyer Foods Management standards and CFS SOP to enable team members to execute their responsibilities at a high level.

Qualifications
· Track record of high performance in Culver’s operations and/or QSR operations
· Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required
· Must be 18 years of age or older
· Minimum of two years of pervious quick service or fast casual restaurant experience
· 1 to 3 years’ experience in hospitality field desired
· Previous training experience preferred
