We are looking for a former mechanic or tradesman who no longer wants to work in the field, someone with experience running a team, someone who has good typing skills and can do basic computer tasks.

Support an office environment that is professional and customer service oriented and supportive to visitors.Answer phones, direct questions and inquiries, and sort mail, and provide any and all information necessary to customers and vendors.Order and maintain supplies as needed for office and shop.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to deal with constant communication with owner, difficult customers and employees, a working knowledge of how to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the individual must be proficient on PC, Internet Searches and basic MS Office programs. This individual must be able to multi-task, have the ability to organize, and be detailed-oriented.EXTRA CONSIDERATION FOR: BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH (additional languages a plus);EXPERIENCE WITH ANY ACCOUNTING PROGRAM;EXPERIENCE WITH PARTS ORDERING;EXPERIENCE IN THE MARINE FIELD; EXPERIENCE WITH CATERPILLAR ENGINES

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
