• Partners with leadership to ensure an in-depth understanding of requirements and performance levers (KPIs) for each analysis
• Develops new solutions and dashboards to make accurate decisions
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Using data to develop and optimize strategies and processes, increase profits, efficiency, quality, or security, and reduce costs.
• Working with internal departments to collect data and develop and implement strategies.
• Creating reports and presentations to summarize findings and influence company decisions.
• Working with the management team to establish project objectives, budgets, and timelines, monitor progress, and evaluate performance.
• Implementing policies and procedures that keep company data and information secure as it is collected, analyzed, stored, and discarded.
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
• Handle monthly payroll and reconciliations using accounting software.

• Proven work experience in accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency with computers, especially ERPs (SAGE X3 v12) and analytics software (SEI), mastery of certain programming languages may be required Fluency in Excel.
• Exceptional presentation, research, and verbal and written communication. Must be able to communicate financial information into sound business language so people of all levels can understand.
• Understanding of financial data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of federal regulation on taxes and reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software
• 3+ years of experience

My client is a subsidiary of a multi-billion dollar global parent company and is the world leader within their niche. In this blended role as the Business Analyst/Accountant you will be responsible for contribution to the development of standard data analyses, reports, and dashboards. In addition, will be responsible for all day-to-day financial tasks. Reporting directly into the CFO, this person will have the ability to make an immediate impact in a highly visible role!
