- Prepare annual business plan for the Company’s Northeast US portfolio of office properties and developments
- Coordinate with various teams to prepare and continuously re-forecast capital plan and portfolio-wide cash flows
- Utilize financial models and property-level information to complete quarterly statements
- Actively participate in various group special projects pertaining to both operating and development assets

- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required
- Minimum 2-4 years of related experience
- CPA designation or progession to CPA required
