• Maintain and prepare schedules tracking various costs to support monthly journal entries and ensure accurate account balances each month.
• Reconcile various Balance Sheet and P&L accounts.
• Understand multiple internal areas: billing, job costing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and payroll.
• Prepare analysis and reports for management.
• Complete special projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 0-2 years relevant experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Strong ability to prioritize and organize workload.
