FULL-TIME POSITION: LOGISTICS DIRECTOR

MichaelAngelos Events is a leading Event Rental company responsible for furnishing events throughout Indiana and beyond. Our Logistics team is a valuable part of our crew, preparing and executing events.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ Years of event operations or management experience
• Valid Drivers License
• Reliable Transportation
• Ability to drive company vehicles, including vans and box trucks
• Ability to operate a forklift is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a lift or on ladders
• Ability to lift 60+ lbs
• Regular Weekday Hours pf 9am-4pm with weekend and late night work as events demand
• 30% Day trip travel requirement
• 10% Overnight travel requirement
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Must pass a background check with no prior felonies
• Must have access to email and texts

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Management and oversight of all logistics personal
• Loading, unloading and prepping for events
• Managing event setups and teardowns
• Inventory control and maintenance
• Management of logistical inventory needs
• Communication with upper management and personnel on a daily basis regarding event updates, changes, policies and schedules
• Create seamless event timelines
• Create daily, weekly and monthly logistics crew schedules
• Maintain a positive and safe work environment while following company procedures
• Execute professional client communication
• Follow safety protocols in a physically demanding position
• Carefully transport items from Event Agreements within MA vehicles (box trucks, and/or similar vehicles)
• Take inventory of damaged inventory and communicate to front office staff
• Execute and maintain organization of warehouse
• Complete office/warehouse maintenance as needed
