PARALEGALMichigan Auto Law needs YOU!Top Rated Personal Injury Law Firm looking for experienced Litigation Paralegal with excellent skills who is able to multi-task.As we continue to help more and more seriously injured people throughout Michigan every day, we are happy to announce we are growing and need more brilliant minds to help us take care of our special clients.Job duties include: Obtaining no-fault proofs, medical and billing records, and evidence/proofs from client and treating medical professionals.Completing and Submitting No-Fault Applications for BenefitsSummarizing medical bills and no-fault benefitsClient communicationsUpdating case fileWriting compelling case evaluation/facilitation summariesWritten DiscoveryThe ideal candidate will have: Minimum 5 years’ experience in No-Fault Automobile case/claims (ideally working for Plaintiff)Integral understanding of no-fault benefits,Exceptional Writing, Time Management, Task Organization, Critical Thinking, and Communication SkillsSelf-Starter and Proactive Approach to WorkTechnologically fluent with an ability to adapt and learn new and novel tasks and applicationsThis position is being offered as in-person or hybrid.
