Job Description:
We are looking for an Operations Leader to coordinate and oversee our site’s operations. The qualified candidate will have a technical degree plus experience as a leader in the manufacturing environment. A strong performer in this role has advancement opportunity within two years including site-wide operations management.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will direct production, maintenance operations, process & product engineering, test engineering, collaborate with other staff functions (quality, planning, supply chain, etc.,) to achieve plant cost, quality, and service objectives while meeting all safety, health, and environmental requirements. As Operations Leader you are looked to for guidance and direction by all operations personnel in your assigned facility. Your job is to lead, coach, mentor, influence your operations team to meet site and organization goals while aligning to the Microchip Guiding values.
