Come join the Worldwide Learning Role-based Onboarding team as a Onboarding Execution Program Manager. If you are passionate about helping people excel at their jobs, this is the role for you. You will join a high-performing team of professionals who are revolutionizing role-based learning programs for sellers and delivering world-class onboarding experiences at scale. We are looking for an individual to manage Onboarding execution strategy across 15 at scale onboarding programs serving thousands of learners each year. You will lead the charge in developing scalable frameworks, processes and tooling to enable the delivery of learning content to our in scope learners through multiple modalities. This could include: survey and reporting strategies, partnership with Data Analysis and Engineering teams, coordination of a large vendor execution staff, and other program level requirements.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the development of backend systems and processes that support the execution of onboarding programs.
- Coordinate resources and staffing to support Virtual Instructor Led Trainings (VILT) and other online events.
- Integrates with Data and Analysis team to provide timely and insightful reporting on onboarding programs
- Integrates with Engineering teams to build great technical digital experiences for our learners
- Drive innovation and experimentation into processes and procedures to make most efficient use of team capacity and resources
- Identifies and develops relationships with key stakeholders/partners across audiences or business units to represent their learning-related needs.
- Leverages strong working knowledge of local/regional perspectives and champions diversity and inclusion initiatives with multiple teams of learning stakeholders.
- Communicates learning and development vision and outcomes to stakeholders.

Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor’s Degree) AND/OR 2+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
- OR Master’s Degree or equivalent AND/OR 1+ year(s) experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, quota management, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
- OR equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor’s Degree) AND 6+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
- OR Master’s Degree or equivalent AND 4+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
- OR equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience/ability in leading strategic initiatives at scale, with a broad array of skills to ensure high value outcomes
- Ability to find solutions and a path forward even in ambiguous situations
- Track record of taking on big challenges and delivering results with high attention to detail and impeccable quality
- Resilient, with a Growth Mindset, able to navigate a fast-changing environment and iterate quickly on potential solutions
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills – known as a great communicator with the ability to synthesize the complex
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft Seller’s journey, Seller roles and Seller personas a plus
- Demonstrates commitment to career development and continuous or consistent learning through formal and informal efforts (e.g., change management, design thinking, management training, online courses).

The salary for this role in the state of Colorado is between $119,200 – $178,800 USD
At Microsoft, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
