The Technical Lead owns modification and maintenance of software applications with large scope. This role participates in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for assigned projects to analyze, design, build, test, implement and/or maintain multiple system components or applications. It is 70% transactional and 30% strategic. Responsibilities include:
Design and enhance software applications under supervision of manager or technical lead as needed
Attend formal and informal training sessions to continue developing technical skills as needed
Other application development projects as assigned
Successfully contribute to a team-oriented environment
Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
We are looking for:
10+ years’ experience in a similar role.
Should have good understanding on different design patterns. (Technical Design Skills)
Capable of documenting and presenting low designs. (Presentation Skills)
Proven experience in developing Serverless web applications on AWS or another cloud platform.
Great hands-on knowledge of React.JS and similar UI libraries.
Experience writing Java code in Serverless framework.
Good understanding of AWS Lambda.
Knowledge of AWS architecture and ability to mentor DevOps team to implement end to end solutions.
Understanding of Microservices Framework is advantageous.
