• Answering inbound calls.
• Handling patient concerns and escalating issues as needed, ensuring all efforts are made to retain existing patients.
• Maintaining a consistently positive attitude and patient first approach to deliver stellar service to all patients.
• Identifiying value-based patients overdue for visits, labs, or referrals and arranging for follow-up services as appropriate to assist with care gap closure
• Conducting pre-visit chart review of patients including identification of all needed preventive health maintenance and immunizations,

• Assisting with general inquiries, making payments, and questions regarding claims.
• Follow management instructions for higher value tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
• Ability to use multiple software programs.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality on behalf of patients.
• Passion to help people and enrich their lives’

Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $16.50 – $18.50 per hour
