MidPen Housing is a non-profit organization that develops high-quality affordable housing communities, professionally manages the properties in those communities, and provides services to residents. The three affiliated corporations are MidPen Housing Corporation, MidPen Property Management Corporation, and MidPen Resident Services Corporation.

SUMMARY
The Associate Director of Talent Acquisition position is critical to our vision of building an organization that is inclusive, engaged, high-performing, and innovative. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will have a significant impact on MidPen’s ability to build a talented and diverse workforce. This is a hands-on role which includes management, facilitation, and participation in the recruitment, hiring and onboarding process.
This position requires an understanding and knowledge of successful recruiting practices, applicant tracking implementation and management, market trends, and fair hiring practices supporting employment laws. The ideal candidate will have a highly motivated nature and a positive can-do attitude.
Hybrid Position: In office 2 days a week
Office Locations: (Coastal, East Bay, Union City, Foster City, North Bay)
