A Human Resouces Generalist job is available in Tacoma, WA, with Milgard Windows and Doors. Strong candidates will have a minimum of four years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting. You will work with the Senior HR Business Partner to support a 450-plus employee facility through recruiting/acquisition, training/development, performance management, benefits communication, and employee relations. This all-important position will report to Senior HR Business Partner and work with Operations leadership in Safety-related activities to ensure injury prevention, regulatory compliance, and, most importantly – a 100% safe workplace for our employees.
