Position Summary

• The HR Generalist works in partnership with the local HR Manager and management

team on supporting the HR processes including employee relations, attendance,
engagement, and training

• This role will support a manufacturing site in Fairfield, OH – supporting the employee

experience is a critical piece of the role.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide employee relations support to leadership team and answer HR related questions
• Ensure consistency in disciplinary action process and documentation
• Immediately escalate high-risk employee relations investigations to HR Manager
• Drive engagement and incentive programs to improve overall employee experience
• Oversee training and development requirements for all hourly production employees

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience, 3-5 years preferred
• Supply-chain, manufacturing, or distribution experience
• Passion for employee relations and engagement

Skills & Abilities

• Strong leadership skills: collaboration, communication, influence, drive for results,

effective planning / prioritization, project management

• Self-driven / motivated individual
• Strong verbal / presentation and written communications skills working in a

manufacturing setting

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

• Oxford, OH 45056: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Hr Generalist: 3 years (Preferred)
• Supply-chain, manufacturing, or distribution: 3 years (Preferred)
