The Milwaukee Catholic Home, a dynamic faith-based continuing care retirement community on Milwaukee’s East side, is seeking full-time Admissions Coordinator.
The Admission Coordinator will coordinate and oversee the entire admission process for residents of skilled nursing and the CBRF located in the Health Care Center. This position works closely with the campus wide sales team to have a working knowledge of the admission’s process for residential and supportive living, providing support as needed. Responsible for establishing, maintaining and developing effective referral sources and working to ensure that the HRC census is maintained at the level determined by the Board of Directors and Administration.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in Administration and prior experience working in Admissions. Two (2) years’ experience in long term care or acute and MSW or OT license is preferred.
Position is eligible for insurance benefits such as health, dental, vision and life the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
